At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Revenue Authorities at the first instance. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
