Prayer is made for directing police authorities not to raid petitioner’s residence and not to harass petitioner and his family members. 3) However on query being posed to learned advocate representing petitioner whether any complaint is lodged before concerned police authorities alleging overt action/harassment by certain police personnel, this Court does not get satisfactory reply. Nothing is shown that any complaint is lodged before concerned police authorities. There is also no averment in writ 2 petition relating to identity of persons who are harassing petitioner and his family members. In absence of necessary particulars, present writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed. 4) However, this order shall not preclude petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised. 5) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
