Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the provision contained under Section 79A and 79B of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act has been repealed and therefore, in the guise of the same, the respondent - authorities cannot forfeit the land to the Government. 3. Therefore, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner as per Annexures - D, D1 and D2 in the light of the observation made above and as well as the order dated 16.07.2007 passed in W.P.No.27108/2024 (Annexure-B), and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
