The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has filed the petition through e-filing on 06.02.2026 and in such circumstances, the delay will only be 67 days, whereas, the Registry has wrongly calculated the delay to be 141 days. 3. Having perused the records, it is seen that there is only a delay of 67 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal.
