1. Affidavit of service filed. Let it be taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that opposite parties have not been served, however,
learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has been served.
3. Learned Civil Judge, (Jr. Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas has sent the report in pursuant to the order dated 21st July, 2026 passed by this Court. Learned Civil Judge, (Jr. Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas has informed that the matter has delayed on account of non-completion of the service of defendants. It has been informed that out of 32 number of defendants only defendants nos. 01-03 had appeared and the plaintiff has not taken appropriate steps service of the remaining defendants. It has also been submitted that the delay took place on account of Covid-19 and the constant resolution of the Bar on account of adjournment taken by the plaintiff.

4. In view of the report of the Learned Civil Judge, (Jr. Division), 1st Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas it seems that there is no delay can be attributed to the learned trial court. Let the plaintiff take appropriate steps for completion of the service. Learned trial court shall also ensure that there are no unnecessary adjournments.
5. In view of the discussion made hereinabove, the revision petition stands disposed of.
6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this
order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
