Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents/ Contemnors have preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1175 of 2026 and the Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay vide order dated 02.06.2026. 3. Apart from that, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 16.12.2025 has been complied with by the respondents/ contemnors and he produced a government letter No.9712/C1/M.Va.Me/TNSTC(Coimbatore)/2026 dated 22.05.2026 to that effect, thereby restoring the employee at his original place, subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal pending before this Court. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition stands closed.
