Keeping in view the grounds mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and Annexure P-6 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRWP No.6261 of 2026 1. In compliance with the order dated 21.07.2026, the alleged detenue, namely, Aarnav Vishwas Chavan, has been produced before this Court and appears to be in good health. Respondent No. 8, namely, Athashree Vishwas Chavan (mother of the alleged detenue), is also present in the Court who states that the child is residing with her and that she is presently residing with her mother. 2.
