Let a report from the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Bankura be prepared and circulated within a period of four weeks from date disclosing the timeline which led to the issuance of the Pension Payment Order. The dates on which the authority was intimated about the death of the employee and the dates for compliance of necessary formalities shall also be disclosed in the report. 4.
