On perusal of the order dated 8.7.2026 it reveals that on the said day the learned counsel for the petitioners sought for an accommodation on the ground that he has lost his brief. Considering the chronology of events and also considering absence of the writ petitioners on a number of occasions the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
