JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY ORAL ORDER Petitioners are before this Court under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.507 of - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010760292024 NC: 2026:KHC:43082 CRL.P No. 14255 of 2024 2024 registered by Jnanabharathi Police Station, Bengaluru City for the offences punishable under Section 84 and 88 of BNS, 2023 and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.507 of 2024 registered by Jnanabharathi Police Station, Bengaluru City for aforesaid offences against petitioners and another, based on the first information dated 10.12.2024 received from Suchitha.Y., wife of petitioner No.1. Apprehending arrest in the said case, the petitioner had filed Crl.Misc.No.11698 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Sessions Court which was dismissed. Therefore, they are before this Court. 4. Learned High Court Government Pleader fairly submits that the petitioners have co-operated with the police for the purpose of investigation and the respondent- police have no intention to arrest them. 6. The said submission is placed on record. 7. Since the learned High Court Government Pleader has made a submission that the respondent-police or any other police have no intention to arrest the petitioners in the present case, the apprehension expressed by the petitioners do not survive for consideration. 8.
