2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
"It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allw this petition and quash the First Information Report No. 0216/2023, dated 15.02.2023 registered against the petitioner for the offence u/s 354, 354(A), 506 of IPC by the Police Station Sarkanda, District- Bilaspur (CG), in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that trial of the present case in the progress and the evidence of the witnesses has already been recorded.
4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
5. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by
learned counsel for the respective respondents.
6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
7. The learned trial Court is directed to make all endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
