The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the petitioner's case, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the claim representation of the petitioners and make payment of compensation as per market value in accordance with provision of the Act 2013, in the interest of justice. 3 (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted, in the interest of justice.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition stands squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in WPC No. 685/2021 (Mayaram Nishad vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others) decided on 11.02.2021. It is jointly prayed that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the observations and findings recorded therein. The relevant paragraphs of the said judgment are reproduced below:– “2.Considering the submission of the petitioner that the land of the petitioner have been acquired but compensation has not been paid, the petitioner may make a representation to the Collector, Bemetara who in turn shall consider the case of the petitioner after demarcation and if it is found the land of the petitioner is acquired and the road exist over the land, then suitable compensation may be paid in accordance with law. The said exercise may be carried out within an outer limit of six months. 3. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of.” 3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is identical to the one considered in WPC No. 685/2021 (Mayaram Nishad vs. State of 4 Chhattisgarh and Others) decided on 11.02.2021, and the petitioner in the present case is also seeking the same relief, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of and in line with the aforesaid order.
