The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is to conduct phodi and durasth in respect of the land in question by considering the representation at Annexure-A series. 3. Perusal of the writ petition would indicate that the subject land has been purchased by the father of the petitioner herein and one B.S.A.Habeeb vide registered sale deed dated - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010517842026 NC: 2026:KHC:40644 WP No. 23595 of 2026 15.09.1990. After the death of the father of the petitioner, the revenue entries were transferred into the names of the petitioner and Mohammad Akram. In that view of the matter, the petitioner made online application on 07.03.2026 vide Annexure-A and submitted representations to respondent Nos.2 and 3 seeking phodi and durasth in respect of the subject land. 4. In that view of the matter, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall consider the online application and representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
