Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record. 3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsels appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.41609 of 2025 dated 31.10.2025 has been duly complied with and the compliance report has also been filed by the 1st respondent by way of Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.20 of 2025 dated 02.06.2026, thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition. 4. In view of the above, since the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
