By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents and call for all the relevant records pertaining to the aforementioned recruitment process conducted by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2026.08.19 14:09:35 +0530 2 the Respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents thereby directing the respondents to issue appointment order in favor of the Petitioner like it has been issued in favor of other selected candidates. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents directing the respondents to count the seniority of the Petitioner from the date in which appointment order has been issued to the other successful candidates and grant well as arrears as compensation to the petitioner. 10.4 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the interest of justice may kindly be awarded including the cost of the writ petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an advertisement was issued by the respondent No. 2 to fill-up posts of Assistant Teachers, Teachers and Lecturers on 09.03.2019. He would submit that the petitioner being a member of Scheduled Tribe categorically applied for post of Assistant Teacher(Science). He would submit that the petitioner participated in the recruitment process and was declared selected. It is contended that though documents were verified, but order of appointment was not issued and no reason was assigned by the authorities in this regard. He would contend that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to take appropriate decision with regard to issuance of order of appointment. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Arpit Agrawal would submit that there is a dispute with regard to social status of the petitioner, therefore, order of appointment has not been issued. He would submit that the petitioner should have 3 approached the caste scrutiny committee for verification of social status. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Having considered the facts narrated herein-above, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a detailed representation before the respondent No. 2 within a period of 30 days, and in turn, the said authority is directed to take appropriate decision in objective manner, preferably within a period of further 60 days. 6.
