On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that admittedly the opposite party no. 6 is a practicing Advocate of Buninadpur Court. 3. It is stated by the petitioner that he is facing severe inconvenience in carrying out the trial in the said case. 4. The revisional application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for transfer of O.C. Suit No.24 of 2022, for declaration of the sale deed No. 7768 dated 17.11.2021 and deed No. 8597 dated 22.12.2021 from the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2 2 Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur to the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Malta. 5. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the O.C. Suit has been filed in Buniadpur Court, by the petitioner herein. 6. Thus, keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, the O.C. Suit be withdrawn from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gangarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur and be transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judges (Junior Division), 1st Court at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur. 7. Learned Civil Judges (Junior Division), 1st Court at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 8. Keeping in mind the case of the parties herein, the learned Civil Judges (Junior Division), 1st Court at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 9.
