Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of Annexure P-2, the petitioner, who is presently serving at GPS Maloond, Education Block Tissa, District Chamba, which is a hard area, he has been transferred to GPS Biyoti, Education Block Garola, District Chamba, which is in Tehsil Bharmour, i.e. a tribal area. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the transfer of the petitioner from a hard area to a Tribal area is not sustainable in the eyes of law and if the petitioner is to be transferred, then he be transferred to a place of his choice. 3. Till decision on the representation, operation of impugned transfer order dated 02.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioner, is stayed and the petitioner is allowed to perform his duties at GPS Maloond as the Court stands informed that none has been posted in his place.
