Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. By presenting this writ petition prayer is made for directing concerned police authority to take necessary steps in further investigation which is being conducted in terms of order dated 21st May, 2026 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia. 3. Mr. Indrajit Roy Chowdhury, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents submits that further investigation is continuing in terms of order dated 21st May, 2026 and next date is fixed before the Court below on 30th August, 2026 to scrutinize steps taken by the police authority in connection with further investigation. 4. On perusal of order dated 21st May, 2026 of Court below it is found that naraji petition of defacto complainant was allowed thereby directing concerned police authority to cause further investigation on finding out certain lacunae in the first round of investigation. [2] 5. If petitioner finds that further investigation is not being conducted appropriately or there is grievance regarding such further investigation, petitioner needs to approach jurisdictional Magistrate. 6. It also appears from order dated 21st May, 2026 that next date is fixed on 30th August, 2026 for considering the case of defacto complainant. 7. Hence, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of. 8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
