An Application (Miscellaneous Case No.39 of 2023, “Ram Singh vs. Hari Ram”) was filed by the petitioner under Section 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The said Application was dismissed on 01.12.2023. A Civil Revision (No.6 of 2024, “Shri Ram Singh vs. Shri Hari Ram and Another”) has been filed challenging the order dated 01.12.2023. Learned Additional District Judge, Vikasnagar, Dehradun stayed the operation of the order dated 15.02.2024, whereby the demolition order was passed. The revisionist (petitioner) moved 1 2026:UHC:2679 adjournment applications again and again, therefore, the stay order was vacated by the learned revisional court on 29.01.2025. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 2. Heard Mr. Arun Pratap Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for the respondent no.1. 3. Mr. Arun Pratap Shah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 have requested on instructions to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the learned revisional court to decide the Civil Revision (No.6 of 2024) within four weeks’ and meanwhile, the stay order may continue. 4. On the request of both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the learned revisional court to decide the Civil Revision (No.6 of 2024), as expeditiously as possible, as per law, but not later than four 2 2026:UHC:2679 weeks’ from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. The demolition order shall be stayed till disposal of the Civil Revision (No.6 of 2024). 6.
