Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that enforcement actions are initiated. Section 7 notice as well as final notice under Section 6 was issued. Encroachers preferred an appeal under Section 10 before the District Collector and the same was rejected. Challenging the same, he preferred a statutory revision before the Commissioner, Land Administration, which is now pending. 3. It is contended that subject to the disposal of the revision pending before the Commissioner, Land Administration, enforcement action will be continued and subject encroachments will be removed by following all further procedures. 4. In view of the said submission, the respondents have not committed any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. (S.M.S.,J.)
