By way of present application, the applicant is seeking extension of bail granted on 27.11.2024 on medical grounds, which was extended by this Court from time to time. The last extension granted to the applicant was vide order dated 17.01.2026 for a period of 6 months. 3. By present application again extension is sought on two grounds i.e. the child is still small (1 ½ year) and secondly, the applicant is again pregnant for Rgd. 2026:BHC-NAG:10741 Order 170826appp2754.26 2 three months. The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that though the bail period expired on 17.07.2026, due to above reason, the applicant has not surrendered. 4. I have considered the contentions. I do not find that the grounds raised are sufficient to grant further extension. Further as the husband of the applicant is released on bail by the trial Court in Special Case No.483/2024 by order dated 04.03.2026, and as submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that during hearing of Criminal Application No.940/2024 that mother is residing with her.
