Thereafter, the schools were taken over by the Government. The petitioner submitted several representations (Annexures P-2 to P-5) followed by legal notice dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-6) which remained unheeded. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the legal notice (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner is decided by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 4. Learned State counsel, appearing on advanced notice, submits that he has no objection in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 for time- bound consideration and decision of the legal notice of the petitioner by passing a speaking order. 5. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner. It is further made clear that, in case the petitioner is found entitled to the retiral dues and there are no pending disciplinary or judicial proceedings against him, he would also be entitled to interest @ of 6% per annum on account of delay in release of the retiral dues, to be calculated from two months after his retirement till the date of actual realization, in terms of the judgment rendered by a Full Bench of this Court in A.S.
