Reliance is placed on Saurabh Kaushik and others vs. DHBVN, Hisar and others, CWP-2244- 2017, decided on 08.02.2024, Annexure P2, stated to be filed by similarly situated persons that was partly allowed as also Sandeep Kumar and others vs. DHBVNL, CWP-8310-2026, which was disposed of with a direction to consider the claim, which has been accepted by the respondents vide order dated 14.05.2026, Annexure P3. 2.
