By the order impugned, the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Howrah dismissed the Misc. Appeal with a direction upon the learned trial judge to dispose of the injunction application within a specified timeframe. In the light of the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the claim and counter claim made by the respective parties, this revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Howrah to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise read for hearing, and shall make all endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
