In short, it is her contention that the respondent authorities have not removed the standing illegal construction. 3. Be that as it may, since no call has yet been taken by the respondent authorities, we direct the respondent authorites, more particularly, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Mouda, to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with law, after hearing the affected parties, expediciously, from the receipt of a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition. 4. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week thereafter. 5. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that, contrary to the relevant rules, the respondent authorities may permit to carry out the another construction. If such an application for stay is made, the SDO shall decide the same within a period of two weeks of its submission, in accordance with law, after hearing the affected parties. 7.
