Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the aspirant for getting admission in the Medical College but due to deletion of the name of the total family of the petitioners from the voter list, the authorities are not considering the name of the petitioner for getting admission in MBBS course. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal and the same is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. She prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal as early as possible. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible within a period of one week from the date of the receipt of this order. 4. Accordingly, WPA 20308 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
