1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner allegedly supplied some photographs of the victim to the principal accused. The principal accused utilized such photographs to blackmail the victim.
2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner also submits that the trial of the case has already begun. Six prosecution witnesses have already been examined. He prays for anticipatory bail.
3. Learned Advocate appearing for the State relies upon various materials in the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4. From the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner

himself trial of the case has already begun. At least six prosecution witnesses have already been examined. This by itself establishes that the petitioner has been absconding.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the present case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
7. C.R.M. (A) 2379 of 2026 is dismissed.
