This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to conclude the enquiry and take legal action against respondent no. 6 within a stipulated period. 2. Instructions were produced inter-alia indicating that the report has been obtained, however, further action was not indicated. 3. Today, fresh instructions have been produced inter-alia indicating that detailed inspection report dated 26.09.2025 has been produced by the Finance and Statistical Officer, Mau, wherein no wrongdoing was detected and the said report has been accepted by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Mau. 3. In view of the above fact situation, once the enquiry has been undertaken and no wrongdoing has been found, we do not find any reason to further continue with the present Public Interest Litigation.
