ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer :
“i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the XV Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-3) to expeditiously dispose of O.S.No.1539/2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the order, in the interest of justice and equity (Produced at Annexure-`A').
ii) Direct the parties to extend full cooperation before the trial Court and not seek unnecessary adjournments;
iii) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. The suit is of the year 2021. In the light of the
Order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of High Court Bar Association Allahabad Vs. The State Of Uttar Pradesh arising out of Crl.A.No.3589/2023 dated 29.02.2024, the High Court cannot direct the trial Court to dispose of the matters in a routine manner, unless and until it is an exceptional case or it makes out a ground warranting such an order.

3. In the considered opinion of this Court, this is not a case where the Court has to pass an order directing the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the matter.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
5. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
