It is further reported that the factum of their arrest was brought to the notice of the concerned Court and they were produced before the Court of the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate on 19.07.2026. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the report submitted by the Warrant Officer, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as having become infructuous as well as dismissed for want of prosecution.
