Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of by permitting the petitioners to make representation to Director, Secondary Education for claiming benefit of past services in a contract engagement. 4. If they make such representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken as per law, by Director, Secondary Education within three weeks thereafter. 5.
