Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue involved in these writ petitions has been dealt with by this Court in Writ Petition (SS) No. 870 of 2026. 3. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of by permitting the petitioners to make representation to Director, Secondary Education for claiming benefit of past services in a contract engagement. 4. If they make such representation within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken as per law, by Director, Secondary Education within three weeks thereafter. 5.
