After hearing for some time, when this Court was not inclined, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rewatkar seeks liberty to withdraw the application. 2. Shri Rewatkar, learned counsel, upon instructions, submits that the applicant is ready to show his bonafides and has voluntarily agreed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- towards the due arrears which are arising out of the interim maintenance awarded by the learned Family Court. An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be deposited before this Court within a period of five weeks. 5. Thus, the prayer made by the applicant that the application for maintenance shall be decided expeditiously is allowed. 6. Learned Family Court, Nagpur is directed to decide E- Petition No. 293 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible and not beyond the period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
