Nikhil Kashyap, learned counsel for petitioner, and Mr. Ramalingeswara Rao Kocharlakota, learned counsel for respondents. 2. By way of interim order dated 30.04.2025 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in W.P.No.11603 of 2025, respondents in the writ petition were directed to continue the writ petitioner in service till he attains the age of superannuation of 62 years. Alleging violation of aforesaid interim order, the present contempt case has been preferred. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has placed on record proceedings dated 02.06.2026 by which writ petitioner and other employees have been reinstated into service and that further steps have also been taken to release salaries for the work tendered by them. In that view of the matter, it is stated that the orders have been complied with. 4. The contempt case, therefore, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
