The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he has no instructions and therefore submits that the present appeal be adjourned. 2. We note that this appeal was listed before this court on several times. It was first listed before the concerned Registrar for curing the defects on 14.08.2025 and thereafter listed on five occasions for curing of defects. On 24.09.2025, it was listed before the concerned Registrar and on that day it was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. On 10.2.2026, at the request of the learned counsel for the parties, it was adjourned to 07.04.2026. However, on said day, none appeared for the appellant and therefore the appeal was once again adjourned. It was listed on 16.07.2026, but could not be taken up and was listed on 19.08.2026. Today, as well, the learned counsel requests for an adjournment on the ground that he is not in a position to advance submissions. 3. Considering that the appellant has been granted sufficient opportunity to address submissions, we do not consider it apposite to grant any further adjournments.
