Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case because of previous grudge. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the nature of the injury inflicted by the petitioners with the aid of hammer. Having regard to the nature of the injury, I am not inclined to grant the benefit of 2 anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, CRM(A)2695 of 2026 is dismissed.
