Mr. Partha Pratim Sinha ......for the De-facto complainant. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has been foisted with the present criminal case out of family feud. Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary and referred to the injury report which speaks that there was scalp injury of 6 cm X 2 cm along with other injuries available. The statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. also reflects the complainant having been violated. Having regard to the totality of the circumstances, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. 2 As such, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 2660 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
