Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) vide which the respondent No.2 i.e. the Principal Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Cooperation Department, Chandigarh has given the additional charge of the post of the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Karnal (having jurisdiction of District Sonepat) to the respondent No.4 who is permanent resident of District Sonepat. Learned State counsel informs the Court that the impugned order dated 02.06.2026 has since been withdrawn by the Competent Authority. In support thereof, she has placed on record a copy of the order dated 22.07.2026. In the light of above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the instant petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed off, having been rendered infructuous.
