1. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records with regards to case of the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside and quash the impugned order dated 29.07.2026, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent bank to allow the petitioner to repay the loan amount in monthly basis and one time settlement basis, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent bank to not take any coercive measures against the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.5 That, any other relief in the discretion of this Hon'ble Court. Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances, may also be provided to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the entire outstanding amount with the Respondent-Bank. In view of the above, the Bank authorities
3 may be directed to consider the petitioner’s offer and accept the deposit. He submits that the Bank may receive the said amount and adjust it against the account in accordance with law.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that the present petition is not maintainable, as the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy to approach the concerned DRT.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Respondent-Bank to consider the petitioner’s offer to deposit the entire outstanding loan amount. The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Bank within 10 days from today. Upon such deposit being made, the Bank may consider and process the same in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
5. It is directed that for a period of 10 days from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
6. Furthermore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent forum i.e. before the DRT to avail the alternative remedy available under the law
7. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the Petition is finally
