The petitioners are seeking direction to respondent No. 3 - Tahasildar to restore the name of the petitioners in the revenue records in terms of the order dated 15.07.2025 in WP No. 19739/2017 (Annexure-B) passed by this Court. 3. Having heard Sri. D.R.Ravishankar, learned senior counsel for Sri. Vigneshwar.V, learned counsel for the petitioners and on careful consideration of the order dated 15.07.2025 in WP No. 19739/2017 produced at Annexure-B, wherein, the direction was issued to the respondent authorities to modify the entries in favour of the petitioners, as the WP No. 26096 of 2012 filed by the Wakf Board, assailing the order dated 31.10.2011 passed by the Land Tribunal (Annexure-A), came to be dismissed. 4. In that view of the matter, the letter dated 18.08.2025 (Annexure-C) by respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 seeking the direction, is a misnomer as this Court has - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010529812026 NC: 2026:KHC:42448 WP No. 23808 of 2026 already, held in favour of the petitioners herein as to the order passed by land Tribunal as per Annexure-A to the writ petition. 5. In that view of the matter, I am of the view that, the letter addressed by respondent No. 3 to respondent No. 2 is inconsequential and respondent No.3 is directed to enter the name of the petitioners in the revenue entries in terms of the order dated 15.07.2025 in WP No. 19739/2017 (Annexure-B) within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
