On the objection being raised by the counsel for petitioner with regard to maintainability of the writ petition at this stage on the ground that the challenge in this writ petition is to the letter/notice seeking explanation from the petitioner only, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to repeat the prayer if any exigency so arises in future. 3.
