As per the report dated 12.08.2026 received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Chhal, District Raigarh (C.G.), the sole respondent Madhav Sahu S/o Ratan Lal has died on 09.03.2026. A death certificate of the deceased respondent is also annexed with the said report. 3. Since the sole respondent has died on 09.03.2026, the acquittal appeal stands abated and is accordingly dismissed as abated.
