Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pay of the petitioner has been fixed, however, the consequential benefits have not been released in his favour. 2. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the proceeding are closed. However, the respondents are directed to release all consequential benefits in favour of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from today, and in case the benefits are not released, the petitioner 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 3.
