The present contempt petition has been filed alleging defiance of the order dated 15/09/2025 passed by this Court in WPS AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.08.18 10:33:17 +0530 2 No.4001/2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by this Court dated 15/09/2025, the petitioner has submitted the representation before the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Antyavasai Sahkari Vitta Evam Vikas Nigam, Raipur on 29/05/2026 and though there was a direction of this Court to decide the said representation within a period of 90 days, but the same has not been decided till date. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents appended with the petition. 4. From a perusal of the order dated 15/09/2025 passed by this Court in WPS No. 4001/2023, it appears that the petitioner was directed to submit a representation within a period of 15 days from the date of a copy of the said order. However, the petitioner failed to submit the representation within the stipulated period of 15 days and, instead, submitted the same only on 29/05/2026. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging that the said representation has not been decided within a period of 90 days. 5. The representation submitted by the petitioner before the Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Antyavasai Sahkari Vitta Evam Vikas Nigam, Raipur, vide Annexure C-2, was submitted only on 29/05/2026. The direction issued by this Court was to decide the representation within a period of 90 days. Since the said period of 90 days has not yet expired from the date of 3 submission of the representation dated 29/05/2026, the present contempt petition is premature at this stage. 6. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed as the same has been filed at premature stage. SD/- (Bibhu Datta Guru) Judge Amardeep
