The petitioner also claims that till date, no compensation amount has been paid to her for the acquisition. The petitioner had given a representation on 23.03.2026 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 14223 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 5 law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 23.03.2026 seeking for re-conveyance of the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, in favour of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
