JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No. ORDER 01.09.2026 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief:- “In the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, issue notice to the opp. party to show cause as to why the prayer made hereunder shall not be allowed and upon perusing the causes, if any shown, pleased to; (i) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the opp. Party for admission & issuing notice in respect of the RP case no. 29/2026 pending before him expeditiously within a time frame preferably within a month by the process the petitioner will get natural justice. And may further be pleased to pass such other order/orders as may deemed fit and proper.” 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission, the Court concerned is expected to take up R.P. Case No.29 of 2026 pending before it on priority basis and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law subject to there being no other legal impediment.
