Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.612 of 2026 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C. (O), Bhubaneswar, arising out of Chandaka P.S. Case No.153 of 2026 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with section 25(1)(a) of the Arms Act. 3. Learned State Counsel, while opposing the prayer for pre-arrest bail, submits that since the charge-sheet has been filed against the Petitioners, prima facie case against them is made out. Hence, no leniency ought to be shown to them. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that considering the background in which the applications are made essentially the dispute between two brothers and referring to the nature of injuries, it is said that ex-facie it refers to section 109 of BNS. 5. This Court perused the injury report and the statements on record. Considering the same, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper. 6. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 7. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. 8.
