5. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Karanveer Singh, learned Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent- State and submits that the investigation shall be concluded expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law.
6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the assurance extended on behalf of the respondent-State, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Agency to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
7. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to avail of such remedies as may be available in law, including approaching this Court again, if the need so arises.
8. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
