Present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of CRPC with the following prayer : “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application by quashing the impugned F.I.R. No. 07/2022 dated 30.07.2022 of the Police Station Chhote Bethiya, District – North Bastar Kanker, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the present petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR and during pendency of the present petition, though charge-sheet has been submitted, but charges have not yet been framed. 4. In view of the same, we do not find any good ground for interference, accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take recourse to law for quashing of the charge-sheet or if aggrieved by framing of the charge.
