JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. Sri. Vignesh Shetty, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent. 2. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: " a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 29-06-2026 (Annexure-G) and issue a detailed experience certificate containing particulars of designation, period of service, roles and responsibilities, and other relevant details, within a time-bound period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; b. Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. " 3. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner’s representation dated 29.06.2026 seeking issuance of an experience certificate for the period during which the petitioner worked with the respondent has not been considered and the certificate has not been issued. When a representation is submitted seeking issuance of - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010538382026 NC: 2026:KHC:41901 WP No. 24424 of 2026 an experience certificate on the ground that the petitioner had worked with the respondent, it is incumbent upon the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, either accepting or rejecting the request, with reasons assigned therein. In the present case, neither of them having done, this Court passes the following: ORDER i) The Writ Petition is allowed. ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2026 as per the applicable service conditions and law and pass necessary orders within a period of thirty(30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii) It is needless to say that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner and the same shall be considered by the respondent, in accordance with law.
