Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.206 of 2025, under Section 29 read with 8/21 of NDPS Act, P.S. Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there was no recovery of the contraband from the present applicant and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that co- accused Pankaj Singh has already been released on bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.12.2025 and on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled for bail. 5. Learned State counsel opposed the bail application. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Harjeet Singh be released on bail on executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
